At Astikan Health, Empowering India's Health with affordable & accessible solutions, we strive to provide transparent and fair refund policies for our healthcare services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be processed for bookings made through our website (www.astikanhealth.com), mobile applications, or related services (collectively, "Services"). This policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.

1. General Refund Conditions

We provide refunds for bookings under the following condition:

  • Refunds will be processed only if the customer cancels their booking within 24 hours of the booking time.
  • Cancellations made after 24 hours from the booking time are not eligible for a refund, unless otherwise specified by applicable law or exceptional circumstances approved by Astikan Health.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used during booking.

2. Doctor Consultation Refunds

For services such as doctor consultations, additional refund conditions apply:

  • No refunds will be provided if the user cancels a doctor consultation within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
  • Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the appointment time but within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a refund, subject to the general refund conditions above.
  • If a consultation is canceled by the healthcare provider or Astikan Health, a full refund will be issued, regardless of the time of cancellation.
