The Astikan Health Card is a subscription-based service offering discounts and benefits on healthcare services, including consultations, lab tests, and select surgeries. Click the “Get Health Card” button on our website to learn more and subscribe.

Refunds are processed only if you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the booking time. For doctor consultations, no refunds are provided if you cancel within 2 hours of the appointment time. For more details, review our Refund Policy.
Yes, you can cancel a booking through your account dashboard. Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a refund, except for doctor consultations canceled within 2 hours of the appointment time.
