1. Platform role
Astikan provides digital discovery, coordination, workflow and marketplace technology. Healthcare, diagnostic, pharmacy and insurance products may be supplied by independent licensed partners. Astikan does not replace professional medical advice and does not itself underwrite insurance unless expressly stated.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep login credentials confidential and use the platform only for lawful purposes. Partner access is limited to approved organisations and authorised personnel. We may suspend access where misuse, fraud, security risk or legal non-compliance is reasonably suspected.
3. Information and availability
Plan features, premiums, eligibility, provider availability and service timelines may change. Displayed insurance pricing may be indicative until a provider issues a binding quote. Users must review final policy wording, exclusions, waiting periods and provider documents before purchase.
4. Payments and credits
Payments are processed through authorised payment providers. Insurance partner credits are added only after successful gateway confirmation. Credits are platform units used to unlock eligible enquiries; they are not legal tender, cannot be transferred between organisations and have no cash value except where a refund is expressly approved under our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
5. Partner responsibilities
- Use customer information only for the requested insurance or service workflow.
- Maintain all licences, approvals and regulatory permissions required for supplied products.
- Provide accurate product, pricing and status information.
- Protect personal and health information and comply with applicable law.
6. Acceptable use
You may not probe platform security, scrape data without permission, impersonate another person, submit misleading information, spam users, resell access or use unlocked leads outside the authorised purpose.
7. Intellectual property
Astikan software, branding, interface and original content belong to Astikan Healthcare Pvt Ltd or its licensors. Limited access does not transfer ownership or grant a right to reproduce or commercially exploit platform materials.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Astikan is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, clinical decisions, insurer underwriting decisions, third-party service interruptions or information supplied by independent partners. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will publish the effective date. These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts with jurisdiction in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer law.
